MJ Lenderman Announces 2025 Tour Dates and New Single "Wristwatch"
New Album Manning Fireworks Arriving this Friday, September 6th
Ahead of his highly anticipated new album Manning Fireworks, set to release this Friday, September 6th, singer-songwriter MJ Lenderman has unveiled a new batch of North American tour dates for the winter and spring of 2025. The upcoming tour will see Lenderman and his live band The Wind performing in major cities across the United States, including Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York City.
Tour Dates Announced
The 2025 tour will kick off on January 29th and 30th in Carrboro, North Carolina, with a pair of shows at Cat’s Cradle. Lenderman will then travel west, performing in Birmingham, New Orleans, Austin, Santa Fe, and many more cities before wrapping up the winter leg with a pair of shows in Lexington, Kentucky. In the spring, Lenderman will return to the East Coast for a two-night stand at Brooklyn Steel in Brooklyn, New York.
A full list of tour dates can be found below. Tickets for the 2025 tour will be available first to fans who participate in a Live Nation pre-sale on Thursday, September 5th, using code CREATE. An artist pre-sale will also be available on Lenderman’s website, with general public tickets going on-sale on Friday, September 6th.
Pre-Sale and Ticket Information
To access the pre-sale, fans can register on Lenderman’s website or through Live Nation’s website. The pre-sale will begin on Thursday, September 5th, at 10:00 a.m. local time, and will run for 24 hours. General public tickets will go on-sale on Friday, September 6th, at 10:00 a.m. local time.
New Single "Wristwatch"
In celebration of the new tour, Lenderman has also shared a new single, "Wristwatch", which can be streamed below. The song concerns a character who boasts about having a smartwatch, with Lenderman delivering some of his signature witty lyricism. The track builds to a ripping guitar solo, showcasing Lenderman’s skill as a guitarist.
Manning Fireworks
Lenderman’s new album Manning Fireworks will be released on September 6th via ANTI-. The album follows several singles, including "Rudolph", "She’s Leaving You", and "Joker Lips".
